Staten Island Chiropractor Dr. Victor Dolan has started a Health Book Club to help you find the very best in health information. A few new books really impressed me as essential healthy reading, particularly with summer coming up. I selected these books because they have really useable information that can help you get fit and trim quick and easy and then catch a few rays and show off your accomplishments to your friends and family. Plus most importantly, these books will give you the knowledge to stay healthy for the long term.
